Touratech Fitting Service – going well

AAt Touratech we are always looking for new ways to increase and improve the service we offer so with the addition of a new member of staff we are now able to offer a much better fitting service.
Many of you will already have spoken to Graham who started with Touratech UK in early May and is one of the friendly voices on the end of the phone and the main face in our Touratech shop. If you attended our Travel Event in June you may also have seen Graham giving tyre repair demos and also with Guitar in hand as his after hours Graham ‘Fuzzy Whiskers’ Ashby alter Ego.
Now after 3 months of learning the infamous Touratech catalogues Graham (who spend the previous 16 years work as an AA patrolman) will be using his expertise to fit your Touratech parts.
We’ve always wanted to be able to offer our customers a fitting service at the Touratech UK HQ which was part of the reason to move to our current premises 2.1/2 years ago. We have previously been offering a fitting service by appointment only using an outside mechanic who we were bringing in for jobs when needed but we’re hoping that having someone onsite permanently will be a great improvement.
Fitting is currently available on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday so if you’ve been mulling over a buy why not phone one of our advisors for a quote on the item to be fitted.
While small jobs can usually be fit in we do suggest that if you want items fitting to phone and book in beforehand to avoid disappointment.
